Feature Friday-- Urban Carnival Invite

Todays invite is funky & fun with a modern twist. Morgan & Ryan wanted something unique & fresh and I'd say we accomplished just that! After meeting with the bride & groom and learning more about their style, I designed this ticket-inspired layout & created a new floral graphic to accent the right side. Even the back of this invite made a statement with diagonal stripes. Too cute, right?! The color combination of cream, fuchsia pink, orange & grey is perfect for a summer wedding. I just adore it! Also, stay tuned for some of our unique new favor options to coordinate with your custom invites from Polka Dots & Daisies. Hope your Friday is fantastic!

Feature Friday-- The Vintage Couture Invitation

The wedding world is all about vintage right now & I'm LOVING it! Lindsay loved the Couture Pocket Invite (featured on our website), but wanted to put a vintage spin on it. We ended up with this little number & I think it's absolutely gorgeous! Lindsay's cute mom, Julie, even cried when she saw it (happy tears of course!). One unique feature I added for this invite is the graphic which appears on each of the insert cards & makes the full design when stacked-- it's pretty awesome, I'd say. The color scheme is ultra fresh with metallic champagne, ivory, butter yellow & coral pink.

Feature Friday-- The Classic Romance Invitation

This lovely little number is uber chic in navy, silver & pearl. The metallic shimmer stocks we used add that extra touch of glamour. Similar to the Vintage Romance invite, this design is a bit more traditional with a scroll border & faded monogram behind the bride & groom's names. If you're looking for a classy invitation that's still very unique & glamorous, this just might be the one for you!

Feature Friday-- The Vintage Pocket Invite, 5x7

This invitation is classy, but fun. It's another great option for keeping things nice & neat. The pocket folder is a vertical 5x7, which provides lots of space. Sarah's fun color scheme of apple green, fuchsia pink & silver/grey was great to work with too! The silver pockets are chic & shimmery and help to balance out the brighter accent colors. The main invite graphic offers charming vintage flair, while the paisley accented insert cards tie everything together for a polished, but unique look.

Feature Friday-- The Enchanted Garden Invite

It's Friday again, hooray! More invitation loveliness. Today I wanted to feature an invite ensemble that I think is just perfect for those Spring/Summer Garden Weddings. You may have seen this invitation featured in the 2011 Utah Valley Bride Magazine, but I just had to do a post on it since it's completely gorgeous (if I do say so myself!). You'll also want to check out Rachel's amazing wedding! Don't you just love outdoor events?! Enjoy...
